Section 15
Compensation to be paid
If a person dies or health is harmed by a medicine produced in a way that is not public safe, effective and quality, the person who produces the medicine will be responsible and the person who produces the medicine must pay the compensation as prescribed to the person who has the right to die due to such death. .
